I am confused, how do I enter my Credit card.
On our checkout page ( Step #2 )
New Customers:
1.) Must click on " Add New Credit Card "
2.) Enter all information in the pop up window and click " Save "
3.) You must then choose the card you just entered.
4.) Click in the circular button on the left side of the credit card.
Look for xxxx1234 ( your last 4 digits of your credit card number will appear after a set of x's )
5.) You then continue to step #3

How do I enter a Coupon Code?
After you place your items in the shopping cart the coupon code ( when available ) can be entered on our Checkout page under order summary.

How do I return an item?
Please ship your item/s back to us within 30 days and include the invoice and the reason for the return.
Once we receive your item we will refund the paymant method used.
No need to call us. As long as we have the invoice and a reason attached.

Most items carry a 30-day guarantee. Please inspect the contents of your package as soon as the order arrives. After our 30-day guarantee has expired we will be unable to return your item(s). Open packages such as notions are not returnable.

How do I get swatches?
We do not send out swatches for website fabrics. We do have a swatch club called Julie's Picks. The Julie's Picks page will explain everything you need to know about the swatch club.

How do I get emails to get notified of new arrivals and sales?

Not getting your emails?
Place the following email in your email address book.
Fabric_Mart@mail.vresp.com.
The emails you requested from Fabric Mart are probably going into your you junk / Spam mail.

Email me at chris@fabricmartfabrics.com and
I will reset your email address.
Placing Fabric_Mart@mail.vresp.com
in your address book will take care of this problem once I reset your email.

How do I pay using PayPal?
During the checkout process you will be asked what method of payment you would like to use. You choose PayPal. When the order is completed you will be taken to PayPal. Login to your PayPal account and submit payment.

Please go to PayPal, login to your PayPal account, send money to chris@fabricmartfabrics.com.
Please include the order number. Note: You will be taken away from our website. The Fabric Mart website will still be available after you close down PayPal.

Please follow the directions here to clear all cookies. Your passwords and saved favorites will not be affected.

We apologize for the inconvenience but we are unable to go into previously placed orders to add items or to add forgotten coupon codes.

How do I know if or when my order has been shipped?
Please login and go to Order History. Look up the order number placed.

How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?

  1. Login
  2. Place your order in the cart
  3. Click on "Checkout "
  4. Choose Gift Certificate as your method of payment
  5. Scroll down to "Payment Method'
  6. Fill in your long Gift Certificate code
  7. Hit submit. If any balance is due you will be taken back to the payment method screen to complete your payment.
