How do I pay with paypal?

Once you decide to checkout and you have reached the final stage of checkout you choose your method of payment. Once you click on paypal and submit you are taken away from Fabric Mart and sent to the secure paypal site. You enter your paypal password click the amount already generated and your done. You are then returned back to Fabric Mart. |
Is it safe ordering online from Fabric Mart?

Yes. Fabric Mart is secured with a GoDaddy.com Web Server Certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. Once you are in the shopping cart area you will notice a "s" behind the http. That "s" indicates a secure site. |
When will I be able to cash in my Bonus Points?

When the Bonus point are offered, Your Bonus Points do not become yours until we send you an email that the order has been sent to our cutting room. Bonus points are not always offered. If you do not see them we are not offering them

How do I see how many Bonus Points I have accumulated?

When available. Bonus points are not always offered. If you do not see them, they are not offered.
Once you are logged in to the shopping
1)go to the right side bar.
2)click on Bonuses.
3)Under Bonuses click on Convert to certificate.
4)Choose how many Bonus Points you want to convert.
5)Click recalculate.
6)Make sure your email is correct.
7)Click Create Gift Certificate.
8)Your certificate will be sent to the email you have given.
9)Read your email from Fabric Mart. It contains your code to use towards your next order, Save that code.

How do I use my Gift Certificate code on my next order?

1)Once you have entered all your items in the shopping cart
2) Loggin
3)Proceed to checkout
4) Under Shipping and Payment Option click on Gift Certificate
5) You will be taken to the Place order page
6) Scroll down to "Payment Method: Gift Certificate"
7)Under "Payment Details" Enter your Gift Certificate Code
8)It will look something like this "BBB11111BBB1BB1B"
1)If a balance is due after the Gift Certificate is used you will choose which method of payment you usually would use and continue as usual.

Can I use an active coupon code with my Bonus Point Code?

Yes. You must enter that code under Redeem a discount Coupon located under your items in your cart. |
I got a coupon code in the mail, where do I put this code?

Once you have entered one or more items in your shopping cart you need to scroll down beneath that area and look for Redeem a discount coupon box. That is where your code will be entered. |
Free Bundle offer..How do I get it?

Sometimes we offer a free Designer Bundle Offer with orders that reach defined totals.
When you reach that defined total ( before shipping ) click on the link called Check for Special Offers, located under the items in your cart. You will then be able to enter your free Bundle in your cart and then return to the cart page you came from. |
Can I order less that 1 yard of fabric?
How do I become a premium member?

Once you place an order for over $150.00 ( not including shipping ) I place you under the Premium Member membership. This will occur after your order is sent to our processing room for cutting. ( not immediately after you place your order). |
Do you send out swatch samples of online fabrics

No, we do not send out swatched samples of our online fabrics. We simply do not have the manpower to fill all those requests. |
How do I view the special offers being offered?

Click on View cart / checkout at top of page right side then on the left side bar click on Special offers. |
All my earned Bonus Points are not appearing.

When Bonus points are offered.
If you have many different user names and registered more than once your points could be spread across all your registered user names.
Solutuion:
Notify me if you are registerd under different user names and I will combine your points. Also Decide which username you intend to use and only use that username.
Our Bonus offer began in June. Any orders placed after that time earn points. |

If you signed up for email notifications and are not getting them a few things could have occurred.
1) Our emails are being blocked by your email service. Solution: Please make sure the following addresses are in your email address book:

2) You changed email addresses and did not notify us.
How do I change or update my email address from Fabric Mart newsletters?
At the top of every page on our website is box called Fabric and Bargain Alerts.

Why do some of the items I ordered get sold out even though the quantity appears to be enough?

We do our very best to keep up with the quantities.
We have many different sources for incoming orders. Online, callins, fax and walkins from our brick and mortar store. We process all the orders in the order they come in. Sometimes a call, walkin or fax will be queued before your order is ready. We play catch up with the quantities at that point. |

Must I use all my points I accumulated all at the same time?
|
When available.
You must trade your points in at 20 point increments. Only trade in what you need at the time but it must be at least 20 points redeemed. |
How soon can I expect my order
|
We cut orders Monday through Friday.
Our shipments go out by 4:00 pm.
Once we get your order it will generally take 2 to 3 business days for your order to leave our building. If we are having one of our big sales expect delays in normal shipping. |

All orders shipped within the continental United States are charged a flat $8.00 shipping fee.
All orders shipped outside the Continetal United States and Canada are charged actual shipping. You will be notified through the email used when you placed your order of additional shipping.

Fabric Mart cannot give approximate weight on fabric ordered prior to cutting.

How can I get a Tracking number for my order
|
We do not send out tracking numbers.
You will receive an email stating that your order has been shipped that day. Please give your order a least 7 to 10 business days to reach you once shipped before contacting us for a tracking number. We are located in the eastern part of Pa. Depending on where you live it could take 7 to 10 working days. |
