This reversible Brocade is light to medium weight and has a weighty drape and a textured hand. The color scheme on the front side is a white background with a woven gold Lurex thread design in an all over multi-directional connected oval pattern. The reverse is a gold background with the oval woven on white. It has a metallic shimmer and it appears quite modern, without being to showy. It would make a really cool modern shift dress or straight mini. I think it might also work as a shrug or a tailored fitted blazer paired with simple and elegant black trousers and a simple dressy tank. It would also be great accent fabric for home décor. Think pillows, and runners.
This poly blend has a soft cotton feel and look. The fabric is a pale shade of natural and is embroidered with black thread in a circle and diamond repeat stitched in small dot patterns, zigzag stitches and tiny flowers shapes. It has a very bold, yet intricate feminine feel. It is an all over embroidery, but there is 2 inches of plain fabric on each selvage edge. It has a weight, somewhat stiff drape, but could work in gathers. This fabric would make a pretty short gathered skirt or a funky straight skirt. It could also be used as a long spring coat, a vest, or a shift dress.
This black poly Lycra blend is a novelty weave fabric is medium weight and has a tight crinkle knit “look”. It has a super soft brushed feel hand. It has a heavier drape and the tiniest hint of luster. It would be perfect for suiting and sportswear separates.
Cool wash
No other way to describe this fabric but cool and modern. This polyester blend will earn it's own reputation. A lightweight basketweave fabric created with black and lime green thread woven to create this stunning peacock green background. It uses an cut eyelash thread effect of brightly colored threads in yellow, purple red, turquoise and lime intertwined to enhance the basketweave. It has an impressionistic quality and is quite luxurious looking. Design possibilities include cropped evening jackets, straight and full voluminous skirts and ovecoats.
