This 100% wool is from Uruguay. It is a charcoaled black with a faint, thin, widely spaced pin stripe. The fabric is a medium weight with a soft, somewhat coarse hand and a nice drape. It would be , and maybe a pair of thicker utilitarian styled cargo pants for winter. It has a classic look to it. Lining is recommended
