This super cool fabric is sold as two panels which consist of a gathered elastic center and two color blocked panels that are pleated and embroidered. The hem and gathered center of the fabric are a lustrous black and the center is a muted, yet lustrous shade cocoa brown which has been embroidered with a pretty leafy floral in black with flecks of shimmery thread apparent in the flower petals. It is set up to make a skirt, but it would also work as a top. Use your imagination and its possibilities are as far as you can go with them.
