We cannot go back into previous orders to issue refunds on items that have since gone on sale.

As much as we would love to offer this type of personal service we do not have the personnel to fill special requests.

Order Processing

We cut and ship orders in the order they are received.
We cut orders Monday through Friday. Except Holidays.
Generally orders are sent out three to five working days after we receive them.
You will be notified when:
An order is placed and when the order is shipped.
Please give your order a least 5 business days ( Ground Transit ) to reach you once order is shipped. We are located in the eastern part of Pa. Depending on where you live it could take 7 to 10 working days

Fabric Mart Return Policy

Your satisfaction is is very important to us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order we will return it for the price of that item. All items carry a 30-day guarantee.
Please inspect your contents of the package as soon as the order arrives.
After our 30-day guarantee has expired we will be unable to return your item(s). Please give us 10-15 business days to process your return and credit your account. The credit will be processed against your original form of payment. If you prefer a Gift Certificate for the amount of the returned item please notify us during the return process. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

Shipping Rates Within Contiguous United States

Fabric Mart charges a flat $8.00 shipping rate for all orders placed within contiguous United States. Order as much as you like for $8.00 Shipping.

We only ship to United States and Canada. If you are ordering from Canada or outside the contiguous United States, actual shipping will be applied.

You will be notified by email of additional charges. Please check emails daily. We will only hold your order for 1 week after first email has been sent.

We cannot fill any order until payment is received. Your order will be taken out of order queue until we recieve payment.

If for some reason you were unable to complete paypal payment from your order you can submit paypal payment along with your order number to chris@fabricmartfabrics.com.
