Please inspect the contents of your package as soon as your order arrives.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you can return your item(s) and we will credit your account.
We do not refund shipping cost or pay for shipping the items to be returned unless the item/s are damaged.
Most items carry a 30-day guarantee.
After our 30-day guarantee has expired we will be unable to return your item(s). Please give us 10-15 business days to process your return and credit your account. The credit will be processed against your original form of payment. If you prefer a gift certificate for the amount of the returned item please notify us during the return process. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
